Distribution of pension record sheets (ELDP)

A quick and easy way to distribute pension record sheets

No more crowds of employees waiting to sign the ELDP or unnecessary paperwork.

Use the e-ELDP module to send registration sheets to employees in bulk directly from AVENSIO SW with one click. Employees will receive it to the entered e-mail addresses or to the HR Portal. The file in *.pdf format can be stamped with an agreed password, which you communicate to the employee, for example on the pay slip.

What is ELDP?

A pension record sheet is a summary that informs employees of their pension participation in a given year.

It is an important document that affects the amount of future pension and can be checked by the employee for accuracy.

Want to start using the e-ELDP module?

  1. Send inquiry by e-mail: obchod@avensio.cz and indicate how many employees you will send the ELDP to by email.
  2. Once your order is closed, you will receive:
    1. License key for module activation
    2. Addenda to contracts for signature
    3. Invoice for the module and the prorated portion of the service
  3. After uploading the license the e-ELDP module is automatically made available in AVENSIO SW.
  4. Set up employee emailsto which you will send the ELDP (personal, not work email addresses are recommended).
  5. Choose how to secure PDF - Either provide the password to the employee (e.g. on the pay slip) or generate a new one.
  6. The email includes instructionshow to sign and return the ELDP - you can attach it manually to each form you send.
  7. Detailed setup instructions can be found in the online help of AVENSIO SW.
