This module allows you to electronically send pay slips directly to employee email inboxes or to the HR Portal - quickly, conveniently and securely.

Forget printing, enveloping and distribution. The payroll accountant uses MDML to distribute payroll slips to employees' email inboxes or the HR Portal with one click.
The employee will receive the ticket in the form of a *.pdf file attached to the email message and will use the agreed password to view it.

- Please indicate the number of employees you want to send tickets to and whether you have your own mail server or wish to rent one from us.
Once your order is closed, you will receive:
- Licence key for module activation in AVENSIO SW
- Addenda to contracts for signature
- Invoice for the module and the prorated portion of the service
Uploading a new license key to the module MDML will make available and before you start using it, you need to enter the MDML parameters, the password (generated by the program or entered by the employee), the employee's e-mail, the subject of the mail and whether you want to send out pay slips to store or not.
The module setup is described in the manual "Pay slip distribution", which is part of the program help.
- You set the parameters - email addresses, passwords, email subjects and the option to save tickets.
- When processing payroll on a monthly basis, simply click on the option "One per MDML page" and the system automatically sends out pay slips to employees with an active email or to the HR Portal.
- If you are only using the module for some employees, simply select the option to send only to "MDML employees".
- The password to open the PDF can be generated by the system or chosen by the employee.
- The password can be handed in with the last paper ticket or in person.
- To send emails, you need to set up an SMTP server - either your own or rented from us.
