With an emphasis on data security

In case you leave the operation of the application to us, we guarantee you 99.99 % availability but of course also encrypted data transfer, secure connection thanks to HTTPS protocol or we offer the possibility to set up user authentication using Active Directory. An integral part of our service is also regular data backup and storage in the Czech Republic.

Basic modules

Pay slips

Direct transmission of pay slips to employees without the need for printing or email distribution. A modern replacement for the EDML module.

Documents

Two-way document sharing between the employee and the payroll system. Documents are saved directly to the employee's card in AVENSIO SW.

Upcoming upgrades

Homepage

The newly redesigned splash screen will include an early alert system, messages from the administrator, and an overview of travel orders (once the module is complete).

Approval of documents

We are preparing an upgrade for the Documents module to include the ability to approve documents employee directly in the HR Portal.

Optional modules

Absences

Employees apply for leave via the overview calendar. Managers receive a notification and can easily approve or deny the request.

Forthcoming

Bonuses

It will be available to employees in managerial positions and will allow the insertion of the bonus component of the salary/salary, including setting the months in which the bonus can be paid. Once approved, the bonuses will automatically be written into the payroll.

Travel orders

Allows you to request domestic and international business travel, including requesting advance payment. Managers will be able to approve the trip immediately, and if necessary, the request for advance payment will go to accounting immediately.

If you have our Attendo SW attendance system, you can extend the HR Portal with:

Food orders

Online ordering and cancellation. Also included is the "Food Exchange" - a function for exchanging food between colleagues.

Employee presence

A quick overview of who is currently in the company. The module draws data from the attendance system.

Virtual terminal

It allows employees to conveniently record their working hours from anywhere - whether via mobile phone or computer.
