1989

If we go backwards in the history of our software, we can go back to 1989, when the first MZDY software for payroll and attendance processing started to work in Klatovy. It soon became an invaluable tool for maintaining personnel records and payroll accounting in all types of organisations, including contributory and budget organisations. With the development and availability of computer technology, the program gradually evolved further and managed to respond without problems to major legislative changes in the field of accounting and personnel management in the post-revolutionary period.

1993

In 1993, the company Unicos s.r.o. was founded, under whose banner a new version of the MZDY 93 program was published, which takes into account extensive legislative changes in the field of HR and payroll. The portfolio of clients grows significantly.

2000

The program handled the transition to the year 2000 without any problems, when it was necessary to modify the data storage format. With the advent of the Windows operating system, however, it was clear that it was time for a more modern solution. The developers decided to continue developing a modern Windows program that met the new technical requirements. The result was the 2009 new payroll and personnel system AVENSIO SW, developed and distributed by Alfa Software, s.r.o., which until then had been active in the field of attendance systems.

2011

During the following 15 years Alfa Software s.r.o. has been working on building a good reputation and gradually gaining the trust of more than 2000 clients from all over the Czech Republic with its pro-customer approach.

On 31 January 2011, the sale of the MZDY 2000 program will end and only AVENSIO SW will continue on the market, which continues to rank among the leaders in its field.

Our domain is a close connection to our clients, to whom we provide individual advice and a pro-customer approach. Over the years we have gained more than 2500 satisfied customers from all over the country and across business sectors. Our customers include government organizations, educational institutions, hospitals and social service providers, among others. The system is reliable and the results of inspections by health insurance companies, the Tax Administration and the Social Security Administration are without fault and usually end with praise for the program and its operators.

Each month, AVENSIU processes 300,000 payroll tickets. The program is popular for its intuitive operation and provides an overview at every stage of payroll processing, which is appreciated by accountants and HR managers. The system monitors legislation, generates data for statistical reports, allocates costs according to any criteria and sends all mandatory reports. In addition to the payroll software, Alfa Software s.r.o. also offers a solution for employee attendance and access to facilities, a catering system and a web application to facilitate communication between employee and employer. In addition to superior customer support, it also has a sophisticated training system.

2023 / Alfa part of RSM CZ

Alfa part of RSM CZ

In 2023, RSM CZ expressed interest in the Klatovy family company and on 30 October 2023 Alfa Software s.r.o. became part of the RSM CZ group. The interconnection brings new opportunities for everyone and for Alfa means financial security, the possibility of faster product development and expansion of the service portfolio. At the same time, this acquisition significantly strengthens the group's position in the payroll and time and attendance solutions market.

2024 / Alfa is RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o.

As of 2 April 2024, the name of Alfa Software, s. r. o. has changed to RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o. with its registered office at Amazon Court, Karolinská 661/4, Prague 8. The branch in Klatovy, however, remained at the same address, i.e. Pražská 22, Klatovy, and the team of employees, to which the customers of the payroll and HR system are accustomed, continues to provide all existing services to its clients.
