E-Forms

Electronic document distribution quickly and securely

Modul e-Formuláře je nadstavbový prvek k programu AVENSIO SW, který umožňuje jednoduché a bezpečné elektronické zasílání důležitých dokumentů zaměstnancům – jednotlivě nebo hromadně, e-mailem či prostřednictvím webového portálu. Modul obsahuje rovněž možnost zasílat evidenční listy důchodové pojištění (ELDP).

Safety is a matter of course

Before submitting the forms, you will enter agreed passwordto protect the uploaded .pdf files from unauthorized access. Sensitive data is thus completely safe.

Want to start using e-Forms?

  1. Send inquiry by e-mail: obchod@avensio.cz
  2. Once your order is closed, you will receive:
    1. License number for module activation
    2. Addenda to contracts for signature
    3. Invoice for the module and the prorated portion of the service
  3. After license upload to AVENSIO SW the module is active
  4. Detailed instructions for setup and use can be found in the online help, which you can view either from the program in the top bar under Help - Online Help or by logging into the customer area on our website https://help.alfasoftware.cz/.

The help also includes simple instructions for employees on how to sign the e-Forms - ready to be attached to the submitted document.

Distribuce mzdových lístků

Rychlý a bezpečný způsob distribuce mzdových lístků. Není již potřeba tisknout a doručovat papírové mzdové lístky zaměstnancům! Zvolte jednodušší a levnější způsob – distribuci mzdových lístků (MDML). Nadstavbová webová aplikace k programu AVENSIO SW. Díky HR PORTÁLU snadno zpřístupníte mzdové lístky, docházku, dokumenty, objednávky jídel nebo žádosti o dovolené – a to kdykoliv a odkudkoliv. Webová aplikace je plně propojená s databází programu AVENSIO SW a šetří čas mzdovým účetním, personalistům i zaměstnancům.
