E-Forms

Electronic document distribution quickly and securely

The e-Form module is an add-on component to the AVENSIO SW programme, which enables simple and secure electronic sending of important documents to employees – individually or in bulk, via email or through a web portal. The module also includes the option to send Electronic Records of Pension Insurance (ELDP).  

Forget printing, enveloping and physically handing over documents. With e-Forms you can solve everything quickly, clearly and without unnecessary administrative burden.

Safety is a matter of course

Before submitting the forms, you will enter agreed passwordto protect the uploaded .pdf files from unauthorized access. Sensitive data is thus completely safe.

Want to start using e-Forms?

  1. Send inquiry by e-mail: obchod@avensio.cz
  2. Once your order is closed, you will receive:
    1. License number for module activation
    2. Addenda to contracts for signature
    3. Invoice for the module and the prorated portion of the service
  3. After license upload to AVENSIO SW the module is active
  4. Detailed instructions for setup and use can be found in the online help, which you can view either from the program in the top bar under Help - Online Help or by logging into the customer area on our website https://help.alfasoftware.cz/.

The help also includes simple instructions for employees on how to sign the e-Forms - ready to be attached to the submitted document.

Payroll distribution

A quick and secure way to distribute payslips. No need to print and deliver paper payslips to employees anymore! Choose a simpler and cheaper method – payslip distribution (MDML). The payroll accountant can send payslips to employees' email inboxes or the HR Portal app with one click using the MDML tool.

HR Portal

Add-on web application for the AVENSIO SW program. Thanks to the HR PORTAL, you can easily access payslips, attendance records, documents, meal orders, or holiday requests – anytime and anywhere. The web application is fully integrated with the AVENSIO SW programme database and saves time for payroll accountants, HR staff, and employees.

Connection to the Insolvency Register (ISIR)

Make employee insolvency checks simple - without complicated searches and unnecessary paperwork.
