E-Forms

Electronic document distribution quickly and securely

The e-Forms module is an add-on module to AVENSIO SW, which enables simple and secure electronic sending of important documents to employees - individually or in bulk, by e-mail or via a web portal.

Forget printing, enveloping and physically handing over documents. With e-Forms you can solve everything quickly, clearly and without unnecessary administrative burden.

Safety is a matter of course

Before submitting the forms, you will enter agreed passwordto protect the uploaded .pdf files from unauthorized access. Sensitive data is thus completely safe.

Want to start using e-Forms?

  1. Send inquiry by e-mail: obchod@avensio.cz
  2. Once your order is closed, you will receive:
    1. License number for module activation
    2. Addenda to contracts for signature
    3. Invoice for the module and the prorated portion of the service
  3. After license upload to AVENSIO SW the module is active
  4. Detailed instructions for setup and use can be found in the online help, which you can view either from the program in the top bar under Help - Online Help or by logging into the customer area on our website https://help.alfasoftware.cz/.

The help also includes simple instructions for employees on how to sign the e-Forms - ready to be attached to the submitted document.
