The average wage for the 1st - 3rd quarter of the calendar year for which the share is reported is used to calculate the mandatory share for persons with disabilities. The average wage for the 1st-3rd quarters of 2024 was announced on 18 December 2024 by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Communication No. 411/2024 Coll. 45.107 CZK.
Employment of persons with disabilities is regulated by Act No.435/2004 Coll., on Employment, an amendment to which has already been approved and entered into force on 1 January 2025.
