I work as a payroll accountant in our company since 02/2009. Already in January 2009 I was sent for training to Klatovy to get acquainted with the payroll program, then still Unicos. During these years, I then went through training and switched to AVENSIO. To tell you the truth, at first I was afraid of the AVENSIO payroll program. Until the bugs were ironed out and everything was covered before I "got the hang of it". But my patience paid off a hundredfold.
Looking back on the old program now, I can't imagine working in it anymore. AVENSIO is easier to use and enter, everything has sequence, I appreciate the easier editing when printing, it just makes the work go by hand.
Although I am just "some unknown" with a user number, I feel like I belong to your "family". I've never lost that feeling. When I call for help, you are there and help to the end and most importantly - everything has a solution! When you hold seminars, you do your best to make sure we are all happy and go home with as much information as possible.
I have never experienced an unpleasant environment or any kind of negation. I am simply comfortable with you. And I don't think it's just me. I haven't experienced this with other companies.
