"I don't miss any function in AVENSIO"
I have been cooperating with RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o. since the beginning. Payroll AVENSIEM I have been processing since 1 January 2010 for 160 employees.
When I started on September 1, 1994 after maternity leave, I did payroll on the UNICOS program in DOS. So I can say that this year marks 19 years that I have been in contact with the company.
With the program AVENSIO I am very satisfied, everything I need for my work is in the program. I appreciate everything about it - reports, collections, tax summaries. I'm not missing any function at the moment. The reports are clear, I can combine the selections as I wish. I just have a problem with creating my own form, e.g. for preventive check-ups. This task is difficult for me.
The transition from the dos program was difficult because I had gotten used to it over the years. And the idea of something new was just a shock. The reports that the new program was not perfect added to the feeling of fear. I was most afraid of the errors that would occur when uploading from dos to windows. But they were really few and everything could be fixed. I did payroll in duplicate for three months. There were only 2 days of training and if you don't know the program properly, it didn't tell me anything. Thanks to your staff, helpfulness and patience, everything got done.
What do I expect from the company in the future? To be ever so friendly, helpful and flexible, to last six more years before I retire. I expect the payroll program to not be complicated, to be accurate and to work well. If the company didn't trust the payroll program, they wouldn't be able to use it.
I randomly check the calculations of garnishments, wage replacement, compensatory time and the employee's salary itself. Everything is always fine. It is used by contributory organizations in our Karlovy Vary Region and the payroll accountants are satisfied with it.
