All payroll and personnel agenda for approx. 3 000 employees processes a total of 9 payroll accountants via of the AVENSIO programme.
From 1989 until the end of 2010 we processed payroll in the MZDY 2000 program, which was gradually improved and we enjoyed working with it because of its easy operation and the possibility of creating various reports. We were worried about the transition to AVENSIO due to the large amount of data, but thanks to the support of the employees of RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o., but especially Ing. Teska, everything turned out well in the end and the employees received pay on time and in good order.
We evaluate our cooperation with RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o. in terms of approach to clients positively. I would especially like to highlight the willingness and helpfulness of Ing. Teska and Ing. Hrubý, with whom we have been cooperating for a long time and they always advise us and, if it is within their capabilities, even meet our requirements.
We use a program in the medical departments of the hospital to shift planning and the data from it monthly without any major problems import into the program AVENSIO.
We believe that AVENSIO programme will continue to develop and improve to our satisfaction and respond more flexibly to our requests and comments. After all, a job well done by all those who create or work with this program is the best advertisement.
