At the turn of the year 2014/2015 our organization has addressed, among other things increase in the number of employees, including agreements outside the employment relationship and in particular the transition of most employees from regular to irregular working hours. A complication was also multi-source financing of our contributory organization.
Our payroll software at that time could handle such a large payroll agenda only with difficulty - had trouble covering all types of contracts, hours and working time schedules.

After almost three months of practical use, I can confirm that payroll processing is smooth and timely - which is appreciated by our employees as they receive their wages on time. Unfortunately, this has not been the case in the past.
In addition to the wages themselves, AVENSIU the personnel agenda has been streamlined and made more transparentwhich the previous software did not allow.
The strengths of the programme include Fast and Quality Help Desk a remote assistance. I also appreciate focus on user education - I had the opportunity to see for myself 15th April 2015 at the user seminar in Olomouc.
Although AVENSIO is not the cheapest program of its kind on the market, it applies here that "we are not so rich that we can buy cheap things".
