We work in the field of HR and payroll almost 20 years. In the mid-1990s, we started using a payroll processing program in our company. MZDY 2000which ran under the DOS operating system. However, the development of technology cannot be stopped, we gradually switched to programs working under Windows OS. At the end of 2004, we Mr. Ing. Kozák approached to try out a newly developing payroll and HR program under Windows. In 2005, we started working on the program Omega, today AVENSIOwith which we are still working.
With the program AVENSIO we are satisfied, we appreciate it as user-friendly, we appreciate updates related to changes in the law a expanding possibilities of output assemblieswhich serve as a basis for various analyses.
In our company we also use the program ATTENDO SW a Access system to record employee attendance and the module Reception to record visits to our premises, all from the company RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o.
The outputs from these programmes can be easily uploaded to the AVENSIO payroll program.
We process payroll for 350 employeeswho work in 5 companies. It should be noted that our organisation and its requirements are quite specific. Production employees work in continuous operation, weekdays in Eight-hour, this weekend in twelve-hour shifts. This implies a very specific shift schedule and for employees called. sliding holidays.
