Our organization is a contributory organization with everything that goes with this form. This means in particular multi-source financing of salary costs (main activity, additional activity, EU projects, grants from the Ministry of Education, grants from the founder) i mandatory reporting to various institutions.
Our school has about 150 full-time employees and another 80 on various agreements (FTE and SNE).

In parallel with this transition, we have implemented automated output from AVENSIO to our accounting system. Automated output to us saves two days of work per monththat we used to have to devote to accounting, controls and reporting. At the same time, we made it incredibly easy to eliminate errors when entering resources.
