The calendar quarter is over, and for the payroll accountants at school organizations, that means processing payroll for the month of March and getting down to statistical report P1-04 or the Quarterly Report on Employees and Salary Resources in Regional Education and Schools under the Direct Responsibility of the Ministry of Education, which must be submitted by 15 April 2025. For 2025, several modifications have been made to the report to provide more detailed reporting to the Ministry of Education.
What areas have changed?
- More detailed tracking of DPN payments. Specifically:
- Average number of staff financed from the state budget - DPN only (line 0139)
- Amounts paid in respect of sick pay for staff in employment (line 0140)
- Amounts paid in respect of sickness insurance for employees working under agreements outside the employment relationship (line 0141)
- Total line for amounts paid under both employment and non-employment contracts, including SNEs (line 0138)
- Detailed reporting of senior staff, including a distinction between funding from other sources
- Headcount of managers financed from other sources (line 0142)
- Salaries of managers in active employment financed from other sources (line 0143)
- Other payments for work carried out by senior staff working under agreements outside the employment relationship financed from other sources (line 0144)
- Distinction between senior staff in teaching and non-teaching positions
- Average registered number of teaching staff who are senior staff (line 0388)
- Salaries of teaching staff who are senior staff (line 0389)
- Average registered number of non-teaching staff who are senior staff (line 0390)
- Salaries of non-teaching staff who are managers (line 0391)

For correct reporting of the statistical report it is necessary to have the current version of the program installed AVENSIO SW and the current version of the assembly P1-04 (line-up č. 210111, which you can find in the program menu Main menu - Press reports - Analysis, statistics - Statistics P1).
